This app is trash. I installed. Keyed in all stuff. At the end it tells me registration couldn't get through WITHOUT explaining WHY. Don't get conned. They are interested in mining for your phone no , email, name only. Cacat. Fed up. The developer should be sacked !! 2025/10/03 just filled all credit card info. I fear for my personal info. I'm yet to buy my first purchase. at this point your app sucks !!!! 😠

Worst app and Service! Customer service is unreachable be it call or email. Unable to update phone which caused not able to link with TnG. Filled petrol using the app, got charged without Budi95 subsidy. Was asked to call the call center by cashier, however when asked the number - cashier said I also dont know!!

unfueled balances not reflected immediately on debit card purchase, this app needs a e-wallet badly like setel. first transaction cancelled due to pump 2 no RON95, but cancelled transaction not reflected immediately on debit card transaction, paid 50 but fueled 48.74 on pump 4, and still no balance on bank transaction, during transaction can timeout app not stable. please make an e-wallet to avoid any discrepancies or delays, need improvement
