App cycles more than it functions. Refresh rate is poor even with the best internet connection. Adding extras is always a trouble payment doesnt go through and ends in errors. The payment doesnt reflect in their system. I had to pay for bags on the website and at the checkin counter because the system doesnt reflect the payment. Horrible experience !

I honestly think this app is designed to have you switch airlines. They get a lot of easy stuff wrong - for instance, if you pick a tab on the home page and close the app and immediatelt reopen, it seems to forget where you were. Im not able to email nyself my boarding pass. Probably wont fly etihad again tbh, especially because the web experience is just as bad

I activated my account to get the benefit of using the miles point. when a login, I'm not able to see my profile there. I tried refreshing and signing out on logging back in but still the profile is not loading at all. It just continuously giving an error. It's annoying to see that even after I completed all the steps.
