This app is pure garbage. I tried to create an account, and it says that the info is already in use. I tried to reset password, it gave an error repeatedly that the password was not reset. I tried the connect accounts thing, thinking it was something related to the buyout of the healthcare facility I do business with. nope! Account already connected. i was told face to face that this was a known issue, and it would be fixed a month or more ago. Nope! It's still not fixed. Garbage.

Every time when I login says using the wrong password. I make a new password. Then later that same day it doesn't recognize the password and this problem starts all over again. lf I do finally get in sometimes, you can't leave a message for your staff because it won't let you type in the box. My solution has been to save message as a draft and then go ahead and write it. It's too difficult to keep fighting with all the time. much easier just to call the office which is not the point.

Our primary care has switched ownership 3 times in the last few years. This app is the worst out of the three apps for that practice and any app I've had for other providers. To begin with, it was hard to register. Then every time I try to send a message it doesn't allow me to choose a location and therefore I have to go to the website to send a message. I can't attach a picture or file to the message. Additionally it times out extremely quickly. Basically nothing in the app is easy to do.
