Awful! This app just keeps getting worse. I want to update my photo, it won't let me. I'm told it needs permission for my camera, which it anyway has. Then I try to upgrade my membership to add guest privileges, but it won't let me. This is junk, nothing works on the app. Wish you'd just bring back the bar code cards. It's the only thing we use this app for anyways.

I completely understand the reason to charge people for not showing up for studio red. however there needs to be a functionality to be able to cancel within a brief period of time even if it is within the 12 hours. I travel pretty regularly and sometimes end up signing up for a studio red class right before it starts but at the wrong gym. I can't cancel it and switch it to the correct gym without fees.

Not a fan! When I open it, it frequently doesn't show my account. It will also say there are no classes today in the gym schedule section. The only way to recover from this is a (frequent) reboot. The app asks for excessive permissions. Trying to access the bar code is frequently met with a dim screen and the busy icon. With each app update, performance gets worse. It's almost as if your offshore developers don't even bother to regression test before pushing out a new version to production.
